Cancellation Policy.

A 24 hour notice is required for rescheduling AND canceling appointments. If you go against this policy,  you will be required to pay 50% of the service you booked. If you don’t show up for your appointment, you will be responsible to pay 50% of the service you booked. If you refuse to pay the 50%,  you will be banned from booking with GLOW Esthetics By EmJ until the fee is payed. This cancellation policy allows me the time to inform my standby clients of any availability, as well as keep my schedule filled, in order to better serve everyone. We value your business and ask you to respect our scheduling policy. When booking an appointment, please know that you are agreeing to these terms.
